Welcome to the family farmstead. Set at the top of Dibble Hill just under a mile from the Pepacton Reservoir, in Andes New York, is our family farm. A beautiful retreat with hayfields, woodlands, and streams around the house, and down the road a waterfall on the other side.

The living and dining rooms are together with a gas stove to relax in front of.You can hang out in the game room, watch TV, play some pool, foosball, even play the piano.When the sun goes down, watch the stars from either of two decks (one with a hottub). There's a campfire pit behind the house where you can toast some marshmellows and listen to the tree frogs peep through the warm evenings.

The kitchen is off the dining area and past that is a laundry room and pantry and mudroom. There is only one full bath in the house at this time.

We have great deer and turkey hunting on the property and ATV trails available for your use. It is just a mile from the Pepacton Reservoir and the East Branch of the Delaware River, so get your fishing permits and come to Johnny's Retreat for an outdoorsman's paradise.
